This is a lot of 4 Verizon, Fios Remotes. We moved and closed our Verizon account. They told us not to send back the remotes They were all working at that time. One of them has a crack on the battery door so it was held closed with tape. The other 3 are fine. I also will include1 user manual that came with one of these remotes. Three are marked VERIZON and one is marked FIOS I always have a money back policy on everything I sell. If there is a problem, just message me and I will make it right. Thanks, Joe
