We are looking for a dynamic self-starter to join the team as a Senior DEI HR Specialist to lead our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts.
As a key leader in the HR organization, you will be responsible for driving DEI initiatives across the Music org, creating and leading working groups focused on DEI initiatives, working with cross functional teams (Recruiting, HR, and other central teams), and developing a DEI strategy by bringing innovative ideas to support the team's short- and long-term needs.
As the DEI subject matter expert, you will educate by sharing your perspective, insights, and knowledge, not only to the broad organization but also the Music senior leadership team ensuring we build a more equitable and inclusive environment that supports our entire employee population.
A successful candidate will have experience building effective DEI strategies, including demonstrable strength partnering with recruitment, HR, central teams and employee engagement.
You should understand how these strategies connect with and influence one another.
You should have strong program management, written communication, analytical skills, and the ability to influence and partner cross-functionally.

In this role, you will:
Refine, create, and execute the Music specific DEI strategy, goals, and implement mechanisms to review progress and ultimately deliver results in partnership with DEI central team partners.
Ability to assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs as they implement DEI programs.
Lead development and execution of the Music DEI strategy, in close collaboration with HR company goals, and recruitment, to define priorities, goals, and measures of success.
Act as a DEI subject matter expert by contributing perspective, insights, and knowledge, and taking a balanced consultative and systematic approach to enable the Music organization to achieve measurable results against their goals.
Provide leadership coaching, in partnership with central teams when appropriate, to managers and Directors/VPs via one-to-one and group interactions.
Partner with central DEI teams, leaders, and recruiting, to improve organizational health from a DEI perspective and better our ability to attract, grow, and retain talent.
Design mechanisms to help inspect employee data, dive deep to find opportunities per DEI goals, and build action plans.
Support the recruiting team to create a brand that attracts diverse candidates, drive internal communications, and interrupt unconscious bias to promote an equitable candidate experience.
Influence and partner with cross functional working teams and business team members, to launch on-time, effective DEI programs.
Drive DEI goal attainment through program management and defined project plans; manage implementation activities, and develop processes, documentation and communications for program/process rollout and ongoing support.
Translate best practices in DEI into readily consumable resources and programs aligned to business needs.
Scale services and tools by designing mechanisms that scale with the business' growth in volume, complexity, and global geographic dispersion Proactively identify risks/issues, providing solutions, resolving risks/issues, and overcoming hurdles to drive results Bring a high energy, results-oriented and resourceful mindset and quickly take control of your responsibilitiesThis role may be available in several Amazon Corporate locations.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
