Major dutied for the position liclude but are not limited to; Perform a variety of repairs, alterations, installations and fabrication of articles of wood. Repair and install hardware. Install and repair metal shelves cabinets and partitions. Construct, repair and modify wooden items and structures. Plan complex and exacting projects requiring features such as arcs, triangles, and circles. Build forms, erects scaffolds, bracing and other supports. Cut holes for setting windows and door casings. Distinguish gradations of materials according to quality, trade standards, and specific needs. Determine the necessary material and methods required for projects. Determine appropriate materials, methods and tools to construct, install, finish or repair wooden objects or structures. Knowledge of equipment assembly, installation and repair of cabinets, drop ceilings, ceramic tile, walls and quarry tile floors. Select material considering special properties, treatment needed, and other factors that affect the project. Knowledge of the materials, methods, systems and tools to construct objects and structures. Use a variety of hand and power tools such as mason saw, mason chisel, hammer, carpenter power saw, hand saw, miter board squares. Operate powered woodworking machinery such as bench saw, jointer and electric handsaw. Safely work on scaffolds and high ladders. Comply with safety rules, regulations, codes and practices. Use protective devices such as ear plugs, safety glasses, respirators and gloves as needed. Work Schedule:

Physical Effort:
Physical agility and manual dexterity are essential in that the incumbent must be able to climb, lift heavy objects, push, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach during task performance. Lateral movement of armsand legs are essential when nailing and using hand tools. Incumbent may lift heavier items with the assistance of lifting devices or other workers. Incumbent works in all hospital areas including contagious disease areas, ceilings, pits, crawl spaces, and tunels. Works on scaffolds and high ladders, and sometimes under outside weather conditions. The incumbent must comply with safety rules, regulations, codes, and practices and uses protective devices such as ear plugs, safety glasses, respirators, and gloves.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
