Part-time Content Coordinator/Writer

Job Description:
Best Version Media, a growing neighborhood magazine company, is looking for someone local to the Brooklyn area to write and coordinate the content for a new magazine serving unique, upscale neighborhoods.
The ideal candidate must live in close proximity to the area (ideally, Dumbo or Heights area), have strong writing skills and enjoy writing.
The Content Coordinator is responsible for gathering local content, connecting with residents, interviewing families, meeting monthly deadlines and proofreading.
This is a part-time, independent position with flexible hours and the ability to work from home.
An ideal job for many people, including stay-at-home parents and retirees.
Training is provided.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
