Responsibilities:
Kforce has a client in search of a NG911 Cyber Security Assessment and Migration in Brooklyn, New York (NY).
Scope of Services:
Responsible for architecture and security design for enterprise applications; research, evaluate and design implementations of enterprise security solutions Support the development of security architecture, policies and standards, support IT security operations as an escalation resource Design and implement solutions for DNS, Email, remote access configuration, installation, troubleshooting, integration, performance monitoring, maintenance, enhancement, and security management Provide support for Email, DNS AND Remote access solutions Upgrade and enhance policies Plan, prepare, architect, design, and deploy appropriate network security solutions Rapid troubleshooting and repair of network security related issues Proactively identify technology gaps, develop and implement appropriate solutions REQUIREMENTS:
Mandatory skills/
Experience:
Candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered:
At least 12 years of hands-on experience at senior level as an audio/telephony systems SME Extensive experience in the following technology areas:
Public Safety systems Quality Assurance, Systems Design, Development, Integration and Testing Extensive knowledge of and experience with next generation firewall platforms, host operating systems, applications such as LDAP, SMTP Extensive knowledge of and prior experience in auditing, application development or database administration Knowledge of VoIP Security best practices Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
