What You'll Do:
The OfficeManager is primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day front endoperations of an ambulatory practice. Working under the direction of the CancerCenter Administrator, the Office Manager is responsible for implementing andmaintaining MSHS policies and procedures related to front-end practiceoperations, including Patients First! service standards and staffing models.The Office Manager is responsible for supervising the front-end staff in thePractice; and for performing any of the related roles as staffing contingenciesrequires. The Manage oversees the reception, checkout and clerical functions,handles scheduling issues as needed, addresses patient concerns, andparticipates in gathering information on customers' perceptions andpreferences.
Responsibilitiesinclude:
Monitorsand assist staff with their day to day activities including clinic andphysician scheduling, call volumes and surge treads, along with strictadherences to department service standards.
Reviewstaff appointment scheduling for accuracy and completeness
Assistsin the preparation of daily, monthly and year end reporting.
Assistsin creating training materials and scheduling guidelines
Maintains high quality levels of customer service and data integrity.
Providesnext level of guidance and assistance
Ensuresappropriate reimbursement for services
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred
Previous experience in a customer service role, supervisory role and related experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
Knowledge of fiscal management techniques, knowledge of health care administration systems, ability to use select software application, Epic/Eagle experience preferred

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
