The Corporate Technology (CT) organization develops applications and provides technology support for corporate functions across JPMorgan Chase, including Global Finance, Corporate Treasury, Risk Management, Human Resources, Compliance, Legal, and all functions within the Corporate Administrative Office (CAO).
CT teams are aligned with corporate partners' evolving technology needs and the firm's ever expanding technology controls agenda.
A top CT priority is building scalable corporate systems. Teams focus on:
Responding to the evolving regulatory environment and helping to meet the firm's regulatory commitments by addressing internal and external commitments
Advancing the firm's Roadmap programs -- Single Sourcing of data, Architecture Convergence, and Rationalization of Platforms
Adopting industry leading technologies to support best-in-class business capabilities for high performance computing and data storage solutions
Driving innovation across the firm's corporate technology portfolio, increasing efficiencies through process automation, and Agile application development, with an emphasis on user experience and shorter development cycles
Investing in security & controls for cyber, access/entitlements uplift, data protection and application resiliency
Joining our team as an Application Developer in Core Credit Risk Technology, you will provide high quality technology solutions that address business needs by developing solutions in an energetic and fast-paced environment. You will demonstrate strong object-oriented design skills and strong analytical capabilities. Knowledge of distributed computing infrastructures is highly desirable. These applications have over 5,000 users in JPMorgan's Wholesale Bank, including the Investment Bank, TSS, Asset Management and the Commercial Bank with visibility up to and including JP Morgan's Senior Management. Our projects are part of the larger re-engineering and regulatory agenda including redesign of our current platforms, technology upgrade, and OCC assigned projects making it an exciting time to join our team!
We are seeking individuals with sufficient experience with Java/J2EE Developer and 5
years of experience in developing web-based Enterprise applications. Strong design and problem-solving skills are a must as well as excellent communication. Candidates applying must have recent experience with Oracle and SQL and PL/SQL.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
