Job Description:
As the Director of Partner Marketing Strategy within Chase's Auto Finance marketing group, you will be responsible for leading the creation of full lifecycle marketing plans across the Auto private label partnerships (Subaru, Mazda, Jaguar/Land Rover, and Maserati). This position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer of Chase Auto Finance.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the auto or auto finance industry in addition to being a seasoned marketer.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team marketers, each dedicated to a manufacturer, to develop winning co-marketing plans with our manufacturer partners
Innovate and grow our manufacturer conquest co-marketing programs by leveraging the Power of Chase and a continual test-and-learn agenda
Create the customer-facing playbook for all private labels from a loyalty perspective, including a touch strategy from the time a customer onboards to end of term
Develop the strategy and prioritization of new capabilities and technology to support loyalty efforts and be accountable to delivering against that agenda
Broaden support of re-marketing efforts from a marketing and communications perspective.
Represent marketing at a senior level directly with the partner's marketing team and with the Chase GM teams
Provide direction and prioritization for OEM projects for campaign management and other support functions
Be accountable for each partner's co-marketing budget, marketing forecasts, and scorecards.
Although the primary responsibility will be to the OEM partners, also transfer learnings and capabilities to the other CAF businesses, as well as track general loyalty to Chase Auto Finance for the Chase customer base
Requirements
15
years of related marketing experience, including a focus on client relationship management
Auto or Auto Finance industry experience a plus
Ability to work effectively and present to senior staff and clients.
Experience using multiple channels to market services (digital, print, email, etc.)
Experience showing return on marketing investment, forecasting, and budgeting
Experience developing and managing an experienced team, either within a large business or as part of an agency.
