Summary:
Plan, coordinate and execute a comprehensive and diversified marketing communications program to include development and implementation of various promotional activities for clients in telecom industry.
The Customer Service Representative will manage the marketing communications department budget and deliver all marketing activities within the approved budget.
Specific Duties &
Responsibilities:
1. Produce and maintain all marketing communications literature to support sales and promotional activities.
2. Upgrade/maintain any company polices or standards
3. Plan/manage team meetings and classroom training sessions
4. Work with the Clients Directly to help maintain standards and goals
5. Understand the strategic sales plan of the Sales Team and support sales effort through communication plan to our target audience.
6. Work with Customer Service Team to plan/execute major customer demonstrations.
7. Ensure that all necessary marketing material and sales tools are up-to-date, readily available and easily accessible on the company intranet.
8. Liaise with vendors to produce marketing and promotional materials.
9. Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
10. Follow company rules and procedures.
Education:
1. Bachelor's Degree in a Marketing-related discipline if not comfortable training for customer service.
2. Any combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties and responsibilities of this position in accordance with acceptable standards.
Experience:
1. Three to five years of experience performing similar marketing duties to this position within a fast paced, leading edge business. Experience is not required however, training is provided.
2. Comfortable in a Customer service setting.
3. Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information fully; develops alternative solutions; works well in group problem solving situations; and, uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.
4. Demonstrated a positive attitude and willingness to grow
Communication:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Able to effectively interact with a diverse group of business contacts and company personnel. Approaches others in a tactful manner; reacts well under pressure; accepts responsibility for own actions; and, follows through on commitments on or ahead of schedule.
3. Bilingual skills are a plus

Qualifications:
1. Understands the importance and value of market knowledge and proper evaluation of this knowledge to position our key products and meet the goals of the Customer Service Team.
2. Creativity that can be applied to marketing literature, web site design, effective show display set-up, etc.
3. Good computer and audiovisual equipment skills relative to this position.
4. Experience in organizing and managing participation at trade shows.

The environment is general office setting. We are very upbeat and motivated everyday for growth and development.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
