Crosstown is currently hiring entry level individuals with a customer service & sales background for the Account Manager position. We have found that candidates working in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service positions are very easy to train for our Account Manager position. We specialize in areas of customer renewal, customer retention and customer acquisition.
Our firm is the leader in the outsourcing industry and in tailoring customer service & sales to their needs. Our clients are Fortune 100 and 500 companies that want us to deliver a face to face customer service experience. We do this by taking care of the existing customer base and providing personal care with new customers. This job involves one to one sales based interaction with customers. We are willing to train highly motivated people for management and customer service & sales opportunities but you must be willing to work hard in an entry level customer service, sales and marketing position.
Pay is based upon performance.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
