Crosstown is currently hiring entry level individuals with a customer service & sales background for the Account Manager position. We have found that candidates working in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service positions are very easy to train for our Account Manager position. We specialize in areas of customer renewal, customer retention and customer acquisition.
Our firm is the leader in the outsourcing industry and in tailoring customer service & sales to their needs. Our clients are Fortune 100 and 500 companies that want us to deliver a face to face customer service experience. We do this by taking care of the existing customer base and providing personal care with new customers. This job involves one to one sales based interaction with customers. Representing the one of the largest telecommunication companies in the world, it is a priority for our team to provide the best customer service, professionalism, and to build and maintain quality customer relationships.

Pay is based upon performance.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
