The Sales Manager position is for true self-motivated professionals. We are seeking to hire 1-2 sales managers for our organization. Our fast-tempo sales culture promotes from within and provides the training and platform for the right entrepreneurial minded candidate to build a lucrative long-term career.
However, all sales professionals are not created equal. We are only interested in hiring candidates that can think out-of-the-box and have a do-what-it-takes attitude.
Primary responsibilities will include:
a) Recruiting
b) Training
c) Structuring/Closing Deals
d) Report revenue projections
Sales Managers will recruit and oversee a team of 5-10 Sales Agents that are stationed in the field nationally. In 2014 the average annual earnings for this role trended at $150k for first year managers and $238k for sales managers with more than 12 months experience.

Sales Manager candidates are required to be in the field for 90 days in order to effectively learn our sales processes and service lines.
While in the field they will travel 2-3 weeks out of each month to pre-determined locations (of their choice) within the U.S. to meet with 3-4 prescheduled appointments per day with small-to-medium sized business owners and convert those opportunities into new business.
Average commissions range from $900-$1200 per sales.
The average agent sells 3.2 opportunities per week.
Selected candidates will undergo a 2 day extensive training program before being released for appointments in their local area and then deployed nationally.
During your trips EPG will be responsible for:
- All airfare costs up front
- All Hotel accommodations
- 2-3 qualified appointments per day generated by our in-house Marketing Department
- Competitive commission/bonus schedule paid weekly
