Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative, you will perform a full range of customer service activities such as obtaining information from policy holder callers, responding to inquiries or problems and explaining processing procedures.
The ideal candidate for this position has a minimum of 6 months related work experience, appropriate licenses upon hiring, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
