Roles and
Responsibilities:
Build usable web based software
Learn and maintain an existing code base
Wireframe and implement new features
Write clean, efficient, well commented code
Collaborate and work efficiently amongst a team of developers and designers
Work autonomously and be comfortable building websites from start to finish
Qualifications:
3-5 years of web development experience
Experience building scalable websites
Demonstrable knowledge of PHP, HTML5/CSS/JS and/or MySQL
Experience working with RESTful APIs
Experience building websites for various screen sizes
Opinions on and experience with various PHP or JS frameworks (Yii, Symfony, BackboneJS)
An interest in writing highly-optimized SQL queries
Strong project management skills, ability to meet deadlines
Experience with Macintosh computer programs
