Inside Sales Representative
Currently focused on recruiting intelligent, dedicated, outgoing professionals who are interested in a long-term career in sales. Responsibilities:
Setting appointments with prospective clients to generate sales
Interviewing prospective clients to obtain data about their financial resources and needs
Recommend insurance policies to meet the needs of individual clients
Service existing clients to make sure their insurance needs are met
Sales-minded and open to making contacts over the phone and through networking
We are looking for someone that have the following:
Passion for people and developing sales relationships
Easy style of communication and able to relate to all types of personalities
Driven and goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales result
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Specific qualifications for this role include:
Minimum 3-4 years of Automobile experience
Experience with TAM and HawSoft, and Sagita
Prior Insurance Office Experience
Current New York State Property & Casualty Insurance License or New York Insurance Broker
Sales Management, GSM or GM experience, a plus
Compensation:
$35k to $50K Base Salary (base on exp.)
Plus 50% commission on all Referrals and business you bring in
Pay on All RenewalsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
