Responsibilities:


Evaluate the eligibility of patients for homecare services.


Providing direct patient care in a homecare setting


Conduct orientation and provide supervision for home health aide personnel.


Actively engage in Quality Improvement initiatives to enhance patient care quality.




Qualifications:


Open to recent nursing graduates w/6 months nursing experience.


Successful completion of an accredited school of professional nursing.


Possession of a current RN license in the state of New York (NYS).


Previous experience in the home care field/pediatrics is very advantageous.


Proficiency in either Cantonese or Mandarin is a valuable asset.


Candidate must drive.
