Travel Registered Nurse

This is a full-time Registered Nurse position, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
This position involves traveling around the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan to residential and housing facilities.
This is an exciting new treatment team to ensure that care is being provided in these existing divisions.
Working collaboratively with the residential and housing teams, filling in any gaps around physical care.
A registered professional nurse will be responsible for the diagnosis and treatment of human responses to actual or potential health problems through such services as case finding, health education/teaching, and health counseling; nurses provide interventions supportive to or restorative of life and well-being, and execute regimens prescribed by a physician, dentist, or other licensed health care provider.
The nurse is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all health education required by people living with us.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
