Job DescriptionWhat s the role?We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to join our ML Platform team and drive the platform vision and strategy for Etsy.
This PM will be primarily responsible for building a robust and scalable feature system at Etsy.
As the Staff Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and implementing strategy for an unified feature system at Etsy.
Feature system is a critical component for the success of a machine learning team to deliver high quality models.
Every team that uses ML at Etsy will be impacted by the capabilities developed by the Features team.

This is a full-time position reporting to the Product Director, ML Enablement and the base salary range will be 172,000 - 224,000 USD per year.

This role requires your presence in Etsy s Brooklyn office in an in-person or flex capacity.

Batch systemsReal timeWhat does the day-to-day look like?Play a central role in building the feature system that will empower multiple business critical ML workloads at EtsyBuild insights into Etsy use-cases and strategize where AI/ML technologies can be applied to drive business impact.
Use these insights to build and drive the roadmap for the Features team at EtsyYou will closely partner with outstanding talent across engineering and ML teams, and drive tight integration with other ML systems to build a strong features platform that supports multiple modalities, including embeddingsDefine clear OKRs that can help the team ensure progress towards our goal of driving ML adoptionDefine the right telemetry to enable insights for both Product Management & ML Scientist teamsOf course, this is just a sample of the kinds of work this role will require!
