Lead a team of project managers in the development& delivery of Retail Merchandising tactics and in the design & construction process of building out retail storesBe the subject matter expert in the concept& ideation of field merchandising tacticsRecommend tactics, materials, vehicles, or production methodsBe the subject matter expert in the management of fulfillment operationsUnderstands SLAs associated with pushing merchandising materials to storesBe the subject matter expert in the concept& ideation of in-store fixtures & elements and effectively implementing policies to deliver and maintainUnderstands SLAs associated with manufacturing of fixtures & displays in a retail environmentEffectively manage& provide leadership to a team of project managers who handle the day to day execution of a considerable number of projects at one timeHistory of leadership roles with proven results of motivating team members Collaborate with other internal departments (i.
eBrand, Creative, Sales Operations, Product Management, Legal, Real Estate) Take initiative and make suggestions to improve processes& reduce costs Be skilled in Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ProjectKnowledge of Google Suite and GmailSkills, Experience and Requirements Ideal candidates will have:

years managing a Retail Merchandising team or similar role Experience with executing retail merchandising tactics in retail with expert knowledge of executing retail point of sale materials, fixture manufacturing and fulfillment servicesPrint Production& Fulfillment in of In-Store Retail tactics experience required; Store design and fixture manufacturing experience required; Experience in the retail wireless sector a plus Salary Ranges Compensation:
$110,110.
00/Year - $157,300.
