Assistant Director needed in QueensDomestic Violence experience needed! The Assistant Director is responsible for ensuring excellent patient care, in line with State and Agency mandates, is uniformly provided in a domestic violence locationS/he will monitor operations to certify that best-practice methodologies are uniformly employed, reviewed, and updated as necessaryResponsibilities -Provides on-going supervision to direct care and clinical staff -Participates in job interviews of all candidates -Develops and manage weekly schedule -Manages Intake department -Coordinates and oversee admissions process in accordance with all relevant intake criteria and assign clients for service-Monitors program for continued improvement -Responsible for internal audits -Conducts staff Training & Development as required-Provides direct service to clients on an as needed basis -Facilitates case disposition conferences, handling clinic emergencies and providing coverage for Director Requirements -LMSW or LCSW in the state of New York -Minimum 5 years of strong clinical and administrative experience-Prior experience with domestic violence population-Minimum of three years supervisory experience required -Must have strong collaborative skills with clinical and administrative staff-Must provide culturally competent treatment and demonstrate cultural sensitivity-Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management-Proven analytical skills essential-Familiarity with domestic violence state regulationsFor more information and to apply, please contact :

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
