Responsibilities include:
Planning, coordinating, and directing of all nursing staff on the assigned units and shiftsOngoing general evaluation of staff performance and activities, in order to achieve optional resident/patient careInteracting with all levels of nursing personnel, other department personnel and medical providers to assure quality care is provided to each resident/patientHandle all supervisory duties for assigned unitHelp establish and implement employee policies and proceduresMentor less experienced nurses, offering clinical & career adviceAddress questions or complaints brought forward by Residents or their families
Qualifications:
