Health Program Director

A New York City-based healthcare services network is currently seeking an experienced professional to join their staff as their new Telehealth Program Director.
In this role, the Telehealth Program Director will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of telehealth initiatives, ensuring high-quality and accessible virtual healthcare services, enhancing the digital patient experience, and maximizing patient satisfaction and health outcomes.
This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at least 3 days a week.
Responsibilities:
The Telehealth Program Director will:
Develop and execute a comprehensive telehealth program strategy, encompassing virtual healthcare services, remote monitoring solutions, and digital patient experience enhancementsIdentify, assess, and prioritize telehealth use cases, working closely with stakeholders to understand opportunities, challenges, and requirementsPlan, implement, and manage telehealth and telemedicine programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and standardsDesign and document end-to-end user journeys and workflows for telehealth solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teamsEvaluate and recommend telehealth technology solutions, platforms, and vendors based on quality, usability, and cost-effectivenessMonitor and optimize program performance through metrics and indicatorsLead and manage a multidisciplinary team of telehealth professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to achieve program objectivesImplement change management strategies for successful adoption of telehealth servicesImplement and maintain robust privacy and security measures to protect patient data and ensure compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulationsAddress cultural sensitivity and technology proficiency challenges in telehealth strategiesDrive patient and provider education and engagement initiatives to promote awareness, adoption, and satisfaction with telehealth and telemedicine servicesMonitor and address patient feedback and concerns related to telehealth and telemedicine services, ensuring a patient-centered approach to virtual care deliveryPrepare and present reports on program performance, outcomes, and opportunities to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders
Qualifications:
5
years of experience in Program ManagementBachelor's Degree in Business Management Healthcare Administration, Heath Information Management, and/or a related fieldIn-depth knowledge of Telehealth & Telemedicine operations, regulations, and industry best practicesStrong understanding of Healthcare Delivery systems and workflows, with the ability to integrate telehealth and telemedicine services seamlesslyKnowledge of Privacy and Security regulations, including HIPAA, and experience implementing measures to ensure complianceFamiliarity with Telehealth and Telemedicine technologies, platforms, and solutions, including electronic health records (EHRs), digital patient experience platforms, and interoperability between themChange Management expertise with a track record of successfully leading organizational change initiatives.
Solid problem solving and time management skillsGreat interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Strong attention to detailHighly organizedDesired Skills:
Master's Degree in Business Management Healthcare Administration, Heath Information Management, and/or a related fieldExperience with Telehealth and/or Telemedicine Implementation Recommended Skills Business Management Change Management Communication Diversity Awareness Information Management Leadership Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
