The FOH Manager will endeavor to continuously improve the guest experience by providing unparalleled hospitality to our guests and partners.
This position requires a strong knowledge of hospitality, food and beverage service, and the ability to coach and manage the performance of employees.
Ideal candidates must have solid experience in high volume upscale quick service operations as well as strong knowledge of high volume events and catering.
Desired Skills and
Experience:

years of QSR or relevant experience.

years in a management role.
Advanced understanding of all restaurant operations.
Advanced understanding of all kitchen operations.
Advanced understanding of all bar operations.
Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.
Positive, enthusiastic, and energetic attitude.
Highly detail oriented and exceedingly organized.
Ability to manage a dynamic and ever-changing workflow.
Self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision.
Proficient in ordering, inventory, and invoicing procedures.
Capable of managing all controllable expenses including food cost, supply cost, beverage cost, and uniforms and equipment.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable training staff and implementing safety protocols and steps of service.
Maintaining SOPs.
Current ServSafe Certification or Food Handler's License.
TIPS certification a plus.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the restaurant and bar operations.
Manage day-to-day operations and all staff.
Opening and closing procedures.
Keep accurate and organized records.
Have complete knowledge of all of our products, policies, and procedures.
Ensure guests' satisfaction.
Help to develop the cocktail program.
Track all costs including labor, cost of goods, waste, beverages, and operating expenses.
Ensure product and service standards are consistently at a high level.
Train staff to properly maintain and operate all equipment safely.
Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance.
Perform daily and weekly walk-through in order to assess staffing, maintenance, cleanliness and other special needs.
Identify and communicate inventory levels and equipment needs.
Uphold and enforce all service standards in both front and back of house.
Ensure all staff operates by DOH guidelines.
Communicate repairs for any maintenance problems (building and equipment).
Identify, address and document staff members discipline issues (warnings).
Communicate cordially, effectively and clearly with staff members.
