Job Overview:
City Harvest requires all new employees to work onsite at least 3 days per weekCity Harvest is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Supply Chain Analytics Coordinator who will be responsible in assisting the Supply Chain North America (SCNA) team in administrative and data analysis capacities.
In addition to overseeing the processing of over 200 monthly invoices, the candidate will provide support in all aspects of drafting narratives, reporting and data management and will play a supporting role in developing our annual and reforecast budgets as well as being cross trained to back-up the allocations and the SCNA procurement team.
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Manager Supply Chain Analysis and Reporting.

Roles and
Responsibilities:

Reporting and Analysis:
Execute the cross-function analysis of strategic targets and budgets, including providing data to create models and forecasting.
Autonomously support all Supply Chain reporting projects by reviewing and maintaining accurate data within CRM and IMS.
Analyze historical data and trends to project and communicate changes in Supply Chain operations, specifically for budgeting and reforecasting one of the largest budgets within the organization.
Compile and create weekly and monthly reports to communicate progress on food sourcing goals and budget for internal and external purposes (i.
e.
Finance, External Relations, and Operations).
Provide detailed reporting on an ad-hoc basis for the Senior Director, Supply Chain.

Invoicing:
Manage the invoicing process for the entire Supply Chain team.
Ensuring accurate and timely processing of over 200 monthly invoices, including requesting invoices from food donors and communicating externally of any payment issues.
Working cross-functionally with Accounts Payable to rectify and communicate errors in invoices in payments to prevent overpayment and maintain the teams purchasing power for one of the largest budgets in the organization.

Data stewardship:
Oversee the data entry and reconciliation process, including the creation and maintenance of over 2,000 donor accounts in the Customer Relationship Management software (CRM) and accurate entry into the Inventory Management System (IMS).
Responsible for best practices in database quality checks for the Supply Chain team, working cross-functionally with internal operational and financial stakeholders to address any inconsistencies or missing data.

Documentation:
Autonomously compile and create narratives and processes for reports and presentations on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to inform food sourcing strategy and goals.
Concisely communicate and update the Supply Chain narrative based on internal and external stakeholder requests.
Oversee and maintain team processes and methodology for data, reporting, and analysis, ensuring long-term coverage and transition planning.

Operations and Supply Chain Support:
Support for the Allocations function by fully allocating on a monthly and as-needed basis.
Serve as back up support for the allocations process, ensuring consistency for the daily process that is essential to City Harvests operations.
Maintain consistent communication across several key operational departments (Warehouse, Program Operations, and Inventory teams) to maintain a balanced inventory and provide feedback for inbound and outbound product flow.

Experience:

years experience in a relevant field
Experience with financial reporting requirements for purchasing or logistics a plus
Previous experience in customer service, logistics or administrative services
Experience handling difficult situations and producing agreeable results

Strong knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures related to Supply Chain
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and make time-bound decisions

Bachelors Degree preferred
Additional related college courses, professional trainings, or progressively-responsible work experience is a plus
