We are seeking a responsible and reliable full time Human Resources Onboarding Assistant for our fast paced Employment Office located in Brooklyn, NY.
The applicant needs to be able to perform general administrative duties, which include but are not limited to the following:
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel spreadsheets a must) Office/Administrative experience, preferably in a fast paced environment Professional demeanor in interacting with staff at ALL levels Ability to effectively manage and organize time and projects, based on priority and demand, with continuous follow-up.
Ability to multi-task, handle detail oriented work, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
Must have great customer service skills Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality in all matters.
High School diploma required, Associates/Bachelors is preferred
Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of clerical duties including typing, copying, faxing, filing, answering phones and maintaining various spreadsheets Respond to correspondence employment inquiries On-Boarding of Drivers & Bus Attendants Lead applicants throughout the hiring process for the Dept.
Of Ed & Inter Agency Transportation Solutions Manage Outlook, Excel Spreadsheets, MS Word, and heavy data entry.
