You would be overseeing all of our nurse's timesheets ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
Responsibilities Include:
Work directly with our scheduling team Generate and verify timesheets for field staff Reviewing and analyzing scheduling and employee productivity reports.
Identifying and notifying staff members are not meeting productivity Ensuring timely documentation is summited by nurses and therapists Contacting nurses and therapists ensuring compliance with visits Collaboration with various departments to ensure proper scheduling verifacation with nurses.
Communicate with payroll on any needed follow up Assist administrator with any admin tasks as needed.
Qualitifications 2 years Admin experience (Min) High School Diploma (Min) (Associates preferred) Strong problem solving and communication skills Fast-learner Medical Office experience (prefered) Salary:
$21-$25 per hour Monday-Friday 8:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
