The Position:
Administrative Assistant We are looking for a responsible individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant.
This person will work for an executive at our corporate office.
Duties will include calendar management , answering phone calls , greeting visitors and other administrative functions.
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications :
1.
HS Diploma or GED 2.
Excellent oral and written communication skills 3.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant.
4.
The ability to manage a complex calendar on Microsoft Outlook 5.
A strong work ethic and the ability to multitask 6.
Detail orientated with the ability to work independently.
