David's Auto Repair is looking for detail-oriented, loyal, multi-tasker, and dedicated professionals to join our team and ensure the bright future of the shop.
The Receptionist is primarily responsible for representing the business in a friendly and professional manner, answering and routing incoming calls, doing cashier duties, assisting customers with questions, and other related responsibilities.
You are the key to creating a welcoming customer-friendly environment! Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Answer phones and direct consumers to the proper department and follow up promptly Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient, striving to minimize hold time.
Communicate messages to the appropriate parties in an efficient and timely manner.
Provide hospitality and properly greet all guests and customers and determine the nature of their visit.
Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution.
Assist the managers with various clerical duties, including typing memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
Stocking supplies Sending or sorting emails Scanning documents Making coffee Be friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient when working with all customers and employees.
Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently.
Have a professional appearance and maintain a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications Well organized with great attention to detail Reliable and responsible Professional appearance and conduct Ability to communicate customers' interests, needs, and requests to management and sales personnel (Good written and verbal communication skills).
