The ideal candidate must not only be knowledgeable about this craft but have an appreciation for the importance of building a coffee community with customers and within the cafe team.

Barista skills (bar cleared and have a minimum of 2 years bar experience) Hospitality industry experience (a minimum of 2 years work experience) Able to work a flexible schedule Able to welcome and serve diverse customers who possess a variety of coffee knowledge Able to remain calm and steady in the midst of peak and high volume times Possess a NY Food Protection Certificate.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
