Must be dynamic, and organized with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities may include additional tasks according to the needs of the department and the organization Boost sales by generating referrals from existing and potential accounts.
Build and maintain relationships with contract referral sources.
Conduct individual / Group presentations for health professionals, seniors and others.
Conduct individual/group presentations for health care professionals, seniors and others in order to reach Medicaid eligible home care patients.
Enroll and refer Medicaid eligible individuals to contracts sources.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.
Existing contacts and territorial knowledge of local area and referral sources.
Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent sales skills.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Education and
Experience:
Bilingual in English and Mandarin/Cantonese Previous health care marketing experience (Home Care preferred).
Knowledge of Home Care/Medicaid eligibility.
