These payment solutions provide invaluable services that enable the processing of credit and debit cards, electronic benefit transfers, check conversions, gift and loyalty transactions, as well as ATM and Payment-Kiosk placements.
Responsibilities:
Travel in the five boroughs of New York City performing service/technical support work.
Provide a full range of professional and technical support to merchants, including hardware and software installation at customer's facility.
Provide on-site technical assistance to help troubleshoot and repair equipment.
Update merchant configurations, as per system requirements.
Communicate and maintains accurate records of all inquiries and issues.
Utilize various databases and customer relationship management tools.
Receive inquiries and respond via telephone, email, or SMS to technical customer service requests.
Perform a variety of routine daily tech support tasks, in the office and onsite.
Serve as primary Support liaison between Clients and Merchant Service Providers.
Communicate with the management and developers to improve product functionality, resolve issues, and improve customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, Internet Research and software applications.
Minimum of two (2) years professional experience working in a technical support role.
Strong analytical problem-solving, conceptual skills and multitasking.
Excellent verbal/written communication and customer relationship skills.
Ability to interpret and convey technical concept.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Car and clean driving record are a MUST.
Credit Card Processing experience is a plus but not essential.

Full-time Pay:
$35,000.
00 - $55,000.
