Who we are looking for ClubXYouthniversity is looking for a flexible, vibrant and well rounded HR Representative to join our team.
This person needs to be familiar with employee relations, excel in SOP and Policy creation, be well versed in Labor Laws (both locally and nationally), excel in onboarding and employee file management and be comfortable recruiting.
This is an all encompassing HR role and we are looking for someone who believes our staff are our most important asset and works to cultivate a culture around that.
The Part Time HR Generalist will need to be comfortable managing multiple deadlines, updating the company's current procedures and performing tasks with the utmost attention to detail.
Role Responsibilities Employee onboarding and orientation HR administration and record keeping Policy and Procedure creation and management Employee and management counseling Employee Relations Full cycle recruitment Responsible for performance management process Shared responsibility for employee activities, outings, and wellness programs Ad hoc responsibilities as need Role Responsibilities 3 years of relevant experience BA degree preferred or 5 years of experience Job Type:
