As an entry level support specialist you will learn how to resolve technical issues with hardware as well as IP and networking issues for the devices listed below:
- Surveillance systems / CCTV - Intercoms and door phones - Access control systems and alarms These issues will be resolved Via telephone, using team viewer, zendesk and email.
Job training is available Responsibilities - Assist customers in troubleshooting hardware and software in person and remotely - Test and diagnose potentially defective hardware - Maintain databases and follow protocol for resolving issues Required Skills - Previous experience or education in IT or in supporting security equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills - Diligence to learn new skills and adapt - Strong organizational documentation skills Preferred Skills - Microsoft Office - Computer and IP Networking - Database programming - Camera system experience highly preferred Job Type:
