The maintenance worker will be responsible for the building safety & maintenance, including small repairs, plumbing and carpentry as well as working with outside vendors.
Task and
Responsibilities:
General maintenance (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting drywall, framing) Installing fixtures, trim, molding, cabinets, counters, etc.
Experience working with various construction materials Experience using hand and power tools Ability to handle chemicals and bio-hazardous materials, which may require the use of protective gear such as gloves and goggles Comply with company policies, practices and procedures, as well as safety regulations Represent company as a professional in appearance and manner.
Communicate written and oral communication at the highest level of professionalism and integrity Perform quality and quantity duties as expected for position.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) High school diploma or equivalent preferred A minimum of 3 to 5 years prior experience Must have knowledge of routine power tools and cleaning equipment.
