Responsibilities ?Skills in repairing computer hardware and software.
?Able to operate different systems like Window, Mac OS, Linux (Ubuntu, Red hat, Arch, Cent OS) ?contacting potential customers via telephone, email, and other electrical devices.
?Arranging meetings with prospects in order to demonstrate products.
?Identifying opportunities for new business within the market.
Requirements ?Strong communication skills, both written and oral ?Confident talking to a diverse group of people ?Capable to work independently and multitasking ?Must be enthusiastic and energetic ?Bilingual in English and Chinese Mandarin We provide training, so you don't need to be an expert on all of the systems, but it is a huge plus if you have previous technical support experience/familiarity with the listed systems.
