Summary:
The Human Resources Coordinator role is to make sure that all caregivers that are onboarded are in compliance with the Department of health regulations.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
? Processes applicant documentation and appropriately maintains the filing system.
? Observe all confidentiality requirements.
? Walk caregiver (PA, HHA, PCA) through the registration process.
? Verify caregiver credentials.
? Assemble caregiver file on company drive.
? Explain job compliance mandates to applicants (mobile punching/ timesheets, medical requirements) ? Follow up with applicants with regards to compliance (missing medical, ID, references and HCR info needed) ? Notify Coordinators when an applicant is ready to work and fully compliant.
? Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications:
? The ability to work under imperative situations.
? Managing multiple activities is essential.
? Creative problem-solving skills ? Flexible and able to multitask, effective time management skills.
? A high school diploma (or equivalent) ? 1
years of related experience in healthcare agencies.
? Familiar with HHAexchange Portal (preferred) ? Computer literate ? Superlative organizational skills ? Excellent phone skills/etiquette ? Strong verbal and written skills ? Capable of performing job functions with limited direction or supervision ? Must be fluent in English, Urdu and Bengali.
? Knowledge of HHAeXchange is a plus.
