The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding new employess for the nursing homes that we work with.
This position requires mulitasking skills, great organizational skills as well as a commitment to taking initiative.
Responsibilities:
Manage ads on Indeed Manage the recruiting and interviewing process by contacting candidates and extending job offers Welcome and onboard new employees Audit new hire profiles to ensure all documents were received Send new hire paperwork to nursing facilities to confirm employee compliance Communicate with employees when documents are incomplete Determine whether records contain errors and determine appropriate action.
Assist with other HR related tasks assigned by the HR Manager Skills:
Organization skills Exceptional communication skills Detailed oriented Multitaking skills Must be driven and take initiative Requirements:
Must have worked in an similar office setting for at least 2 years Must have at least a High School Diploma Must be able to work in the office (this is not a remote or hybrid position) Job Type:
