STANDARD DUTIES:
Under the general direction of staff attorneys, the incumbent will:
o Prepare and assist in the preparation of legal documents, forms, and correspondence; o Conduct research into legal matters; o Review and analyze materials related to contracts, proposed or pending legislation, Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) requests, hearings and enforcement actions, litigations, and other legal matters; o Compile and organize documentation, including documentation related to contracts, litigations, legislation, regulations, and hearings; o Assist attorneys on large projects, including hearings and contract negotiations; o Other duties as assigned.

Salary Range:
From $29.74 to $29.74 Hourly
Minimum Qualification
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS A Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited college or university and one year of relevant experience. PREFERRED
Qualifications:
Ability to initiate and maintain relationships across a diverse set of stakeholdersEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
