Our continued growth has created an immediate need for an experienced Construction Project Manager with strong phased Hospital construction experience in patient area from both a technical and strategic implementation perspective for a critical hospital upgrade in Brooklyn, NY. Responsibilities Demonstrated construction management team leadership, including effective coordination with hospital patient departments and facility groups Skilled in communication with client, facility, stakeholders and user groups Expertise to oversee and ensure quality and consistency of construction and all aspects of mechanical improvements Provide technical evaluations, advice and guidance Strategically coordinate with adjacent projects impacted by the proposed work Management proficiency in project administrative efforts, including progress reports, submittals, requisitions and change orders Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical focus preferred) Architecture, Construction Management or related discipline 15
years' experience in Construction Management Experience in patient areas of occupied hospital facility a necessity Strong communication skills at multiple project levels ranging from tradespeople to facility executives Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
Construction & Real Estate, Engineering Management, Civil EngineeringEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
