Job summaryThe Amazon Music Brand Design team is looking for a talented, versatile, and experienced Design Project Manager to help develop and guide the next generation of experiential projects for our rapidly growing brand.
These experiential projects will span across multiple global Amazon Music office locations, branded lounges and artist spaces in premium entertainment venues, and tentpole events and activations.
Day to Day:
Partner with multiple Amazon Music stakeholders, including GREF (Global Real Estate & Facilities), Workplace Strategy, Artist Management and HR along with architects and creative agency partners, to manage building updates and new build-outs for Amazon Music properties in order to better support artists, livestreaming, and community goals.
Oversee every part of the projects, end-to-end, and be responsible for evaluating site selection and test-fits, design schematics, design development, project schedule tracking, red-lining, budget approval and tracking, evaluating construction documents and shop drawings, sourcing, and construction administration along with maintaining an asset library of best-in-class furniture and material specs.
Key job responsibilities Efficiency - Creating and streamlining processes in order to scale more efficiently with every iteration.
Delivery - completing work from briefs, multiple conceptual directions, brand assets, and retrospectives on project work.
Documentation - archiving, organizing, and maintaining an asset library of project resources for easy access.
Project Management - Managing multiple workstreams, tracking project timelines/budget, and aligning with internal and external stakeholders on roles and responsibilities.
Presenting to and collaborating with Stakeholders (GREF, Workplace Strategy, Artist Management and HR along with architects and agency partners) to understand their work and what materials might be best to leverage for project and Amazon Music brand, business, and customer goals.
Design Excellence - making decisions and driving adoption of mechanisms that elevate how we approach experiential projects and raising the broader team's awareness of what's required to make great use of experiential opportunities.

The Brand Design Team is looking for a talented and passionate Copywriter and music enthusiast to play a vital role in crafting customer-facing communications (for a dual audience of artists and fans) and working in close collaboration with artists and podcasters as well as artist and label teams, content creators, brand partners, and editorial voices.
