Essential Functions:
Plan, coordinate and manage the administrative services and activities of the department. Provide staff training, evaluate staff performance and implement departmental and personnel changes as approved by center management and coordinated with human resources prior to implementation. Develop departmental budget; monitor and control expenditures; review and recommend changes to budget authorizations. Develop and implement new and revised policies and procedures affecting health and wellness; coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with overall center objectives. Screen all medical and dental patients for center physician, dentist, vocational rehabilitation and follow up medical care. Correspond with customer, parents or guardians and welfare agencies as applicable. Manage and conduct coordinated health care for students, other health related programs and serve as a member of the mental health team. Manage the record keeping and reports on injuries, diseases and disabilities of students. Coordinate all phases of direct medical, dental and psychiatric services for outpatients, inpatients and off center patients. Manage in service training in health related areas for other departments. Coordinate, review and approve payment to all outside vendors, subcontracted staff and services ensuring that expenditures are within contractual and budgetary limitations. Coordinate with other center staff concerning health services. Provide assistance and technical services in the operation of the weight control, smoking cessation, pregnancy, TEAP, mental health and other health related special programs. Assist in the development of community linkages in health services areas. Serve as staff advisor to the student government association (SGA) wellness and food services committees. Maintain a safe and clean work area that models high standards for a work environment. Support, promote, and enforce the Job Corps' Zero Tolerance Policy. Participate in student career success standards programs and activities. Promote the development of career success standards by modeling appropriate behaviors, mentoring students where necessary and monitoring both positive and negative behaviors through interventions. Maintain accountability of staff, students and property; adhere to safety practices. It is expected that the incumbent shall perform other duties as assigned within his/her capabilities as determined by management. Education and Experience Requirements:
Associate's degree in nursing, registered nurse (RN) license and two years related experience, one of which should be in a supervisory capacity. Active, unrestricted license to practice in the state of New York. Experience working with youth, and excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency also required. $80K -- $100K

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
