Position Description
AHRC New York City is looking for a Technology Teacher to work with 13-21 year old students with Autism at AHRC Middle High School in Brooklyn.
Primary responsibilities include
-Hands on computer instruction to students
-Training and supporting classroom teachers in the use of technology in the classroom
-Implementing a Technology Curriculum in alignment with Alternative Performance Indicators for NYS Learning Standards in Mathematics, Science and Technology
-Maintaining a software inventory
Located in lovely Dyker Heights, Brooklyn
Salary: $47,500 - $55,000 (based on combination of education level and certification)

Position Requirements
Must be New York State certified Educational Technology Specialist.
BA or MA in Technology Education or Special Education/Education
