POSITION SUMMARY
Perform engineering duties in planning and
project managing in food manufacturer.
Duties include but not limited to: project initiation, budgeting, planning/scheduling, implementation/execution management, and sourcing/managing outside vendors. Oversee food manufacturing, installation, integration, government regulations, and full circle of machinery applications. Other duties assigned by the President.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Essential Functions Statement(s)

Research, evaluate, and install mechanical products, equipment, systems and processes to meet requirements. Applying knowledge of engineering principles.

Manage machine investment and plant relocation projects. Including but not limited to the cooler, heating system, and electrical system.

Evaluate mechanical process and prototype of machineries.

Confer with engineers or other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, or provide technical information.

Conduct research that tests or analyzes the feasibility, design, operation, or performance of equipment, components, or systems.

Develop and test models of alternate designs and processing methods to assess feasibility, operating condition effects, possible new applications and necessity of modification.

Oversee installation, to ensure that machines or equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.

Estimate costs and submit bids for engineering, construction, or extraction projects, and prepare contract documents.

Establish or coordinate the maintenance or safety procedures, service schedule, or supply of materials required to maintain machines or equipment in the prescribed condition.

Study industrial processes to determine where and how application of equipment can be made.

Language skills: Ability to read, write, speak English. Fluent in Chinese is a must.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in mechanical engineering is a must,
higher degree preferred; electrical engineering combined is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum 5-7 years of mechanical engineering and project management experience with packaging technology line, automation, food manufacturing or process design applications.
Computer Skills
Excellent in Microsoft Suites, and other related engineering software (AutoCAD, Solid works, etc.).Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
