Job Description
Serve as a Project Manager in the Data Acquisition and Control (DAC) team of Risk Technology Group. Lead a team of business analysts to execute a portfolio of projects to source strategic risk data feeds from diverse line of business systems. Prioritize, direct and coordinate end-to-end SDLC delivery of a number of critical milestones across multiple functional teams spanning several interdependent project organizations. Secure and marshal resources to produce required set of deliverables. Ensure that project deliverables are aligning with the overall objectives of the DAC, CRI and the firm. Provide the frequent oversight of the budget, resources and duration required by project phases to ensure the timely delivery of the project. Responsible for the project communication with various project stakeholders and regular presentations to the senior management with DAC. Provide the annual budget forecasting support to the senior management. Mentor team members, providing them the performance evaluation and promote good working relationships. Provide the opportunities for the professional development of the team members and create a strong succession plan.

Qualifications
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Finance, Business Administration, or related field plus 1 year of business analysis or project management experience, or related experience; OR Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Finance, Business Administration, or related field plus 5 years of business analysis or project management experience, or related experience.
Skills required: Must have experience managing overall scope of large platform migration and integration efforts. Must have demonstrated knowledge of credit risk management. Must have experience executing and delivering end-to-end SDLC projects. Must have demonstrated knowledge of tools and technologies including: Oracle SQL; Quality Center; and MS Office Suite. Must have demonstrated knowledge of traditional credit products including loans, LCs, and deposits. Must have demonstrated knowledge of the mechanics of securities financing products including repos, reverse repos, and stock borrow loans. Must have demonstrated knowledge of accounting concepts including general ledger data reporting, off sheet balance exposures, and non-performing, non-accrual, failed sale loans. Must have experience performing data mining, data mapping and large volume data analysis.
